These may be an abnormal skin pigmentation or fungal infection. The skin might be irritated by the ingredients that a product contains.

white spot? i can it is a vitiligo- a condition where skin pigmentation is lost... so even cant help to color it up and it just worsen the condition that may lead to cancer(sorry to tell you this).virtiligo can acquire from sunburn, skin rash, skin trauma, stress etc. or like raion said it is just a fungal infection which can be cured by anti dandruff shampoo. BTW virtiligo cannot be cured.
